Here’s a video demo of the Opera Mini browser running on an iPhone. The video also compares the page loading speed of Opera Mini against iPhone’s Safari browser.
The Opera Mini for iPhone looks like a great alternative to mobile Safari but they still need an approval from Apple for getting listed in the iTunes Apps store.
Opera is also running a small contest – you just have to guess a date when you think Apple will approve their Opera Mini App and the closest guess will win an iPhone.
