Twitter will reportedly announce another product for bringing in revenue tomorrow at the IAB MIXX Expo. Facebook Explains Outage

Facebook was down for over 2.5 hours for some users, according to a post from the company. A post in Facebook's engineering notes says: The key flaw that caused this outage to be so severe was an unfortunate handling of an error condition. White Spaces, Verizon Tiered Data Plans & Facebook Troubles

The FCC voted today on rules that will enable the use of TV white spaces to provide wireless broadband connectivity. Google and Microsoft both issued updates applauding the ruling.
